Párchate en el Centro was an experience designed to encourage young people in Medellín to engage with the cultural offerings of the city’s Downtown through three main components: a loyalty system managed through an electronic device, a series of city-based challenges, and a mobile app. At the same time, the service aimed to strengthen the community’s connection to Downtown Medellín, supporting the growth of local cultural stakeholders and encouraging young people to reclaim and appreciate the area’s cultural heritage.
This community-centered service and product concept was developed during my sixth semester at university as an academic project, with the support and participation of the EDU (Urban Development Company of Medellín).
