Mamá Siempre Mujer is a service that seeks to resignify the role of “woman” in mothers who are head of their household and belong to the Colombian middle class. This with the aim of empowering them, and therefore their attitude can positively impact their roles of “mother ”and “worker”. This is achieved through an experience consisting of 5 phases: Cultivate, Germinate, Grow, Flowering and Pollinating.
This concept of service for social innovation was developed in my eighth semester as part of the First View academic project. This project intended to give the Colombian companies of Comfama and Nacional de Chocolates a concept for an experience, a service or a product that would generate well-being for middle-class Colombian families. For the development of this project, Design Thinking and human-centered design methodologies were used, and constant co-creation was carried out with both companies.
